Where should your
reviewed data go?

Download an Excel workbook, import an OFX or CSV file into QuickBooks Online or Xero, or use the REST API in your own application. Every route starts from rows you reviewed and approved.

Choose files or an API connection.

Excel gets an XLSX workbook you open yourself. QuickBooks Online and Xero get an OFX or CSV file you upload through their own bank statement import. The REST API lets your server upload PDFs, check status and draft results, save review changes, approve a revision and retrieve approved output.

These are file and API handoffs, not a live sync: you stay in control of what gets imported. Check the receiving system’s import preview before accepting the rows.

Keep the source context through the handoff.

Approved exports retain transaction fields and source page references so a reviewer can relate a row to its statement. Keep account and period boundaries clear when processing multiple PDFs, and check amount direction when mapping to another system.

Download or retrieve the output before your statement is deleted, 24 hours after the upload starts. Exporting does not extend that deadline.

You decide what gets imported.

Fulla hands you a file or an API response; it does not post directly to an accounting ledger or keep a downloaded workbook in live sync. Check the import preview, then accept.
