No. Your PDF, the extracted rows and any exports are deleted 24 hours after the upload starts. If a deletion fails, access is blocked straight away and the deletion is retried.

Text, scanned, mixed and password-protected PDF statements, up to 50 MiB and 250 pages each. You can add up to 10 files in one upload.

Rendered pages are sent only to the AI extraction service named in our Privacy notice: Mistral, through OpenRouter with zero data retention. No other AI service receives your statement pages.

We do not promise perfect extraction, and you do not have to trust it blindly. Automatic checks score each draft, every row links back to the page it came from, and nothing is exported until you approve the rows.

Excel (XLSX), CSV, OFX and JSON. OFX is a bank statement file you can import into QuickBooks Online or Xero. Every export, on the website or through the API, uses the revision you approved; the API can also show the latest saved draft for review.

Yes, as a file you import. Download OFX and upload it to the bank account in QuickBooks Online (Upload from file) or Xero (statement import). CSV works too if you prefer to map columns. Fulla does not sync with either product directly.

Select a row to see the statement page and the highlighted area it came from. You can correct, split, merge, undo and check balances before approving.

No. Inspecting a page again or re-running extraction does not count against your allowance a second time.

No. Every paid plan includes unlimited workspace seats and the same features; plans differ only by page allowance. There is no trial, no rollover of unused pages and no overage.

Uploads and processing stop at the cap, so a bill never grows by surprise. Fulla does not charge for overage.

Yes. Create a workspace API key (shown once and stored only as a hash), then upload, review, approve and export over REST at up to 60 requests per minute. Full OpenAPI documentation is published at /api-docs.

Only if you ask. When signed in, you can choose one of your current statements on a support request and give explicit consent. Access ends when the statement expires, and every access is logged.
