How to download a Chime bank statement
Choose the account and month in Chime’s statement area, then check the sections inside the document. Checking, savings and Credit Builder records should not be treated as interchangeable.

Step by step.
Find the account statement
In the Chime app, open Profile, then Documents and Account statements. Select the account and month. Use the export icon to save the document.
Use the web alternative
Sign in at chime.com, choose Profile and Documents, then select the account and month under Account Statements. Open the selected statement to download it.
Identify the section you need
Read the account heading and balance within each section. Keep the complete original and note which pages contain the checking or savings activity you are collecting.
Check the product before choosing a document
Chime’s help page distinguishes checking, savings and credit-related account sections. Chime is a financial technology company rather than a bank itself; follow the document headings and current account help instead of assuming every product has the same statement structure.
A request for checking-account deposits is different from a request for a Credit Builder billing statement. If you are collecting files for someone else, ask them to name the account and period in the request. That makes it easier to identify an incorrect attachment before any transaction rows are extracted.
Match the requested period to the account cycle
Chime says checking and savings statements are generated monthly, while Credit Builder statements follow the billing cycle. It sends an email when a monthly statement is available. Use the actual period shown on the document, rather than treating its download date as the statement date.
For a fictional June records request, a document received in July may still be the correct June statement. Conversely, a current activity view collected on June 30 is not necessarily an issued June statement. Record the printed period and the account type together.
Do not stop at the first balance
Chime explains that a statement can include separate sections with their own ending balances. Read the heading beside a balance before deciding what it represents. The value for one section should not be relabeled as the ending balance of a different account.
Imagine a packet with checking on the first pages and savings later. Write down the two account headings, their periods and their page ranges. Keep their transaction totals separate during review. A transfer between them can be a real entry in each account even when the combined movement across both accounts is zero.
Preserve the downloaded record and use the right next step
Save the original statement where you keep authorized records, then open it to check legibility and completeness. Chime’s help says it does not provide physical statements; a printed copy begins with the downloaded document. Avoid cropping away headings or continuation pages when preparing a review copy.
If you need a table from a checking or savings PDF, first inspect Fulla’s fictional sample and review workflow. Fulla drafts rows that you check against their source before approval and export. That workflow is not a guarantee that every Chime product or credit-related document has been tested, and it does not retrieve documents from your Chime login.

Questions about this article
Can I use the app’s recent transaction list as the statement?
Use it to investigate activity, but verify the document the task requires. A recent list and a completed account statement can have different coverage and status information.
Does a zero balance in one section describe every account?
No. Read the account heading and review the relevant sections individually. Do not replace a section’s balance with a total from another account.
